The space

🚗 A 4×4 vehicle is required to access the property.

Large open spaces define the home, where expansive glass doors create a seamless connection between the interior living areas, the terraces, and the infinity pool, allowing the ocean and mountain views to remain part of the experience throughout the day.

🏞️While at the house, you will enjoy being fully immersed in the jungle. The home provides complete privacy and offers you multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy.

There are 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, arranged to provide both comfort and privacy:
– Three bedrooms with king beds
– One bedroom with two twin beds

Three bedrooms feature their own ensuite bathroom with shower, while the master suite includes two shower heads and a bathtub for added comfort and relaxation. A fifth bathroom is also available in the garage area for extra convenience and an easy rinse after the beach.

One of the property’s standout features is the rooftop deck, complete with a bar area where the views expand even further, offering sweeping panoramas of the ocean and mountains, refreshing breezes, and unforgettable sunsets.

An outdoor BBQ kitchen and wine fridge complete the setting, creating an inviting space for open-air dining, sunset drinks, and relaxed evening gatherings ✨🌅🍷

While we have a strict pest control plan in place to keep these visitors outside the home, it’s important to understand that occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem.

MAINTENANCE
🧼 The pool maintenance team will require access to the house on Fridays. Gardener is on site periodically.
