The space

🛏️ The property features three bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodations for families or small groups. One room offers one King Bed, the second a cozy queen bed, and the third offers a sofa bed with a queen-size mattress—perfect for kids or extra guests.

💦 Spend the day cooling off in the sparkling private pool, then gather in the spacious rancho for sunset cocktails or a barbecue dinner 🍽️ while watching toucans glide through the trees.

🌿A dedicated member of our team will meet you at the Restaurant La Langosta Feliz to guide you to the property and check you in. Please make sure to let us know when you are 1 hour away to coordinate accordingly.

Other things to note

🚙A 4 x 4 is MANDATORY to access the property. The road is well maintained; however, it is steep in some places. Refunds WILL NOT be given to guests that do not obtain vehicles that can access the house.CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations made within 4 days or less of check in will be charged for the minimum 2 day stay and cleaning fee. If the cancellation is made within the 4 day window and reservations were for stays longer than 14 days, the guests will be charged for 7 days and a cleaning fee.

We have listed standard check in times and make every effort to adhere to time; however, there may be instances when something unforeseen happens and that time frame can’t be met. Refunds will not be given if this happens.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER
Being located in the jungle, power outages can occur from time to time due to falling branches or other weather-related issues. WiFi is sometimes sporadic due to this.
Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, which can occasionally experience interruptions.
We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.

Please keep in mind, you are in the jungle and weather has an impact on electricity and the internet. Refunds WILLL NOT be given for issues with WiFi service or power outages.

House is treated against pests as well. However, we are in a jungle where you may encounter wildlife. Refunds will not be given for visits from these “uninvited guests”.
