shape possible is our standard. Unique’s staff members will achieve this by keeping a detailed
inventory and providing an inspection prior to every check in and as a weekly routine. We have our maintenance crew that will solve any issues, if it’s a major repair we will provide multiple quotes from reliable professionals.

CLEANING

Our team will clean after every check out with the highest standards, if needed as well there will be a light cleaning before the check in to ensure the best customer experience. We recommend two deep cleanings per year, where hard to reach windows are addressed, furniture is moved completely and pest control done if needed.

UTILITIES PAYMENTS
& REPORTS

As part of our service, the following expenses will be paid: electric bill, water, Wi-Fi, pool maintenance, landscaping, taxes, insurance and anything else that’s needed. It is important for you to have a bank account (we recommend the BCR bank, we will guide you and help you in the process of opening the account), so all the expenses and income are managed through this
account. We also recommend you to work with our accountant, he will give you a discounted price because of the volume of properties that we manage. You will definitely need a corporation to be able to open the account as well to receive income. At the end of the month you will receive a detailed statement of the income and expenses (balance sheet) with proof of all the transactions

STOCK OF PRODUCTS

We recommend buying all the cleaning products in bulk and can assist you with this. As well as any towels, sheets, decoration and whatever is needed to keep the house in top rental conditions.

MARKETING

We have multiple marketing strategies in Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and all the OTA’s (AirBnb, VRBO and our web page), including SEO keywords, back linking listings, blogs, promotions for local recurrent clients and influencer marketing. Professional photography (drone
footage and 360 videos) is included and will be updated constantly as part of our strategy.
