The space

Villa Suerte features a private pool, the perfect spot to cool off after a day at the beach. You’ll find cozy areas to relax, and inviting balconies ideal for reading or sipping coffee while you wait for the perfect moment to catch a wave. The kitchen-to living area-flows to the outdoor patio & pool area through large double sliding doors for seamless indoor/outdoor living if desired. Individual A/C units in each bedroom and the living area for personalized comfort. 100% cotton sheets on all beds. There are yoga mats for use on-site so you don’t have to travel with yours. There are also boogie boards on-site – use at your own risk- please be careful. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel pots/pans and everything you’d need for comfortable cooking, nice glass and china dishes. Any plastic cups at the Villa were chosen to be BPA free and non-toxic. Every corner of the villa is designed for comfort and connection with nature, offering a laid back Dominical experience 🌺

You are perfectly positioned between two of Costa Rica’s best National parks- Manuel Antonio in Quepos and Marino Ballena in Uvita for day trips to suit all ages and Family members. Hiking/Riding to fabulous waterfalls, zip lining, snorkeling, diving, etc.

The spacious Master suite features a King size bed, private bath and small couch that folds open to small day bed if desired. The Master suite opens onto both upstairs balconies. The additional two bedrooms feature Queen size beds, one opening onto an upstairs balcony, and one located on the downstairs main floor. There is also an extra double mattress on-site if needed for additional children. So sleeping for 8 can be accommodated. Just inquire.

Guest access

Guests have access and privacy in the entire villa, including the private pool, cozy relaxation areas, and balconies perfect for reading or enjoying coffee. The villa is centrally located in Dominical, with no car needed you’re just steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops, and transportation options.

Costa Rica’s tropical climate is home to a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. While we have a strict pest control plan in place to keep these visitors outside the home, it’s important to understand that occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem.

POOL MAINTENANCE
🧼 The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday.
Please note: the maintenance team will access it by the outside pool gate on these days.

Front Door is accessed by keypad

🚗 While a car is not needed to access all of Dominical from here, if you choose to venture to other towns etc an all-wheel drive is recommended during the rainy season, for a smoother experience.

🔐 The property is gated (parking is outside gate) with security cameras on the outside.
