While we have a strict pest control plan in place to keep these visitors outside the home, occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. POOL MAINTENANCE
🧼 The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday.
Please note: the maintenance team will require access to the house on these days.

🚗 A 4×4 vehicle is REQUIRED for access to the property, ensuring a smooth experience, especially during the rainy season.

Being located in the mountains, power outages can occasionally occur due to weather-related issues or falling branches.
Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, and interruptions can happen.
We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.
