Access is easy with a 4×2 vehicle; a 4×4 is not required.

With your booking, you’ll have full access to all of the property’s offerings and amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and each bedroom features an en suite bathroom and king size bed for ultimate comfort. Three of the rooms also include pull out twin trundle beds, ideal for small children.

For added peace of mind, a safe is provided in the villa where you can securely store your personal belongings during your stay

While we have a strict pest control plan in place to keep these visitors outside the home, it’s important to understand that occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem.

POOL MAINTENANCE
🧼 The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday.
Please note: the maintenance team will require access to the house on these days.

🚗 While a 4×4 vehicle is not required, an all-wheel drive is recommended, especially during the rainy season, for a smoother experience.
🔐 The property is is gated with security at the entrance.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER
Being located in the mountains, power outages can occur from time to time due to falling branches or other weather-related issues.
Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, which can occasionally experience interruptions.
We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.
