The space
Each bedroom is a king suite with its own luxury bathroom and desk with high speed internet for remote work. One has an outdoor shower. One has an indoor shower. Each bedroom has its own AC unit. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are in a beautiful, simple, modern open floor plan style. The living room and the two bedrooms open up to the pool as the shining centerpiece in this stunning home. There is no AC in the main living room area.
Guest access
A 4×4 vehicle is not needed. All areas downstairs are available except the separate locked off apartment upstairs, this is available to rent as Casa Ginger 1.
Other things to note
There is AC in all bedrooms, but the main living area and kitchen are fresh open air areas with fans only.
